    Strong Hands-on development using Java, Spring, Postgres SQL , Kafka –
Experienced leading integrations with financial institutions and 3rd party vendors in China
- Strong experience leading / deploying real time, concurrent transaction solutions in China
- Strong experience in Cloud deployments and related Security setup
- Strong Hands-on experience on Containerisation using Docker, Kubernetes & Helm charts
- Decent communication in English
- Ideally, the resource has delivered solutions as part of Tier1 company in China. If only market hire is possible please indicate clearly in response as this has impact to on- boarding period.
- General skills:
·        Experience working as part of wider distributed team Able to write clean, well factored UI code
·        Experienced working in agile, rapid prototyping & development environment
·        Attention to detail
·        Strong Experience with source control technologies like Git
