Essential Responsibilities：

• Lead resources on design and qualification of driver/power supply for LED lamps/fixture/IoT hardware from concept design till mass production per new product introduction process.
• Work with system teams on defining product system specifications, design trade off, validation test, product & Process Qualification.
• Select proper driver circuit topology, wireless IC/module, components, PCB layout etc. per application.
• Validate hardware options and analyze electronics failures and implement the corrective actions.
• Work with sourcing, quality and suppliers to ensure product cost, manufacturability and quality. Understand electrical product safety and performance regulation/standards (UL/CE/ANSI…) and apply to product design.
• Conduct technical review and clear illustration of hardware design effectiveness with circuit operation principle and simulation tool, test results etc.
• Document patents and design details into company documentation system Effective communication with local and global teams during program execution. Proactively manage technical risks and communicates to stakeholders
• Have high potential to lead team and coach other team members

Qualifications/Requirements：

• Bachelor degree above in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Automation/Control or related Solid practical experience on power electronics and good at SPICE design/simulation.
• In-depth knowledge of product reliability and manufacturability 5+ years experience in designing power/control products and launching into mass production.
• Experience with solar energy, industrial low voltage system is a plus Good interpersonal and communication skills, Excellent verbal and written English, CET4 above.
• Be adaptive to business trips and conference call during night time with global teams. Knowledge and experience in intelligent control (DALI, DMX, WIFI…) is a plus Able to manage and prioritize complicated tasks.
• Project management experience and skills are plus. Self-motivated and capable of working independently on extended assignments. Excellent team player. Quick learner and keen problem solver
