职位描述
· Manage customer issue escalations and lead the initiative to develop prevention and resolution for key customers
· Primary point of liaison with customer on all issues at an in-country level, relating to overall business process & implementation, including new business, commercial issues, scope agreement and business improvements.
· Coordination of internal project resources (IT, logistics, freight) to deliver project outcomes to the customer
· Co-ordinate customer management resources to facilitate delivery of operational requirements, and leverage of growth opportunities with the customer
· Tracking and maintenance of existing regional initiatives for the account and driving them to closure, where applicable.
· Provide & support business models for all elements that require consistency across China in:
- Pricing
- Broad (high level) solution mapping
- Broad business policies, and operating procedures
· Work with in-country operations supporting this client to achieve target performance and business outcomes.
· Escalation / resolution of any necessary issues to business owner & project sponsors
· Continually review and improved business processes to increase productivity and improve P&L
· Internal communication to all stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment of all resources to agreed customer requirements.
· Participate in the strategic review of the business structure (resourcing, internal business processes, customer relationship management) with the Senior Customer Management Manager.
SKILLS REQUIRED
· Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, oral and written
· Exceptional customer engagement and communication skills
· Excellent people skills, able to sell among complicated environment with political sensitivity
· Leadership through effective communication, and ability to influence outcomes across multiple regional locations
· Previous management of complex projects across different cities is appreciated
· Ability to direct and coordinate tasks to ensure they meet critical deadlines, able to foresee the risk among tasks and strive for resources internally and externally
· Operational knowledge of contract logistics activities (both land transportation and warehousing)
· Ability to analyze operational processes and system processes and identify gaps/efficiencies
· Experience in the design and application of computerized logistics and supply chain systems (E.g. WMS systems, network optimization tools, MRP process tools)
· Organizational skill with ability to prioritize under pressure
· Exposure to the retail/consumerable/luxury/E-commerce sector is an advantage
