1、根据工作计划，安排班组人员开展设备系统的定期及日常维修保养工作，并负责监督所管辖主要设备的运行状况；

1. 配合维修保养商开展分管设备系统的维修保养工作，监督设备维修保养全过程及维修的质量，并做好测试验收工作；

2. 帮助员工掌握所管辖设备及系统的工作原理、技术性能和参数、操作规程，指导员工完成设备、系统的检查、维修和保养工作；

3. 按时上交设备系统的运行记录、维修保养记录、巡检表等质量记录、表格；

4. 落实、检查所管辖设备机房内的清洁卫生工作；

5. 负责班组的日常管理工作，抓好员工的劳动纪律、规章制度、工作态度、规范服务等工作；

6. 做好与其他班组、部门的配合、协调工作；

7. 负责检查班组工作的完成情况，认真做好工作总结报告；

8. 按时完成领导安排的各项任务，遇重大问题应及时汇报上级。

职位要求：

1、大专及以上学历

2、具备一定工程组织能力，熟悉本工程的设备，具有较强的维修能力；

3、熟悉大厦工程相关系统设备，能及时处理系统设备出现的故障及问题；

4、较高的服务意识，能及时、完满地为客户提供服务；
