岗位职责:

1.渠道开拓和维护
2.市场及竞争对手分析
3.项目报备及CRM录入
4.积极协调项目冲突
5.积极拜访客户并定期复盘
6.识别并摘取客户建筑图土建参数、项目方案制定、定价、投标和报价文件制作、合同洽谈、签订、定金收取和生效工作
7.质保金、提前开票等相关应收款和坏账积极收取
8.以客户为中心，积极响应客户需求、解决客户问题。
9.完成订单目标

任职资格:

1. 教育背景和专业资格: 本科以上学历。
2. 工作经验: 4年以上相关工作经验。
3. 计算机水平:熟练使用办公软件。
4. 专业技术能力:了解竞争环境及主要竞争对手、合同条款、电/扶梯产品知识。
其它胜任能力: 沟通能力、注重实效和结果、适应、商业创新、关注客户能力。
5. 语言能力：有简单的英文沟通和读写能力。
