Job Description

- Support & coordinate in internal customer IT service operation areas like daily user incidents and requests following standard processes;？
？？identify and resolve end users' IT service problems in accordance with defined service level (2nd-Level-Support, Link to 3rd- Level-Support);
- Contribute to local service areas like Computer leasing (F-process) and mobile service coordination internally and with external vendors;

- Keep monitoring daily operation tasks to achieve KPIs and keep working on CIP activities to improve customer satisfactory;

- Coordinate with CN virtual teams to support the local implementation of IT new products and solutions;
- Support internal marketing and communication activities like user info session, user video learning and so on to Bosch internal customers;
- Contribute to system standards, IT policies and processes (Data security, process of desktop management？related etc.);

- Contribute to internal and external auditing and get familiar with work related processes and knowledge cross virtual teams.

Qualifications

Competencies and attributes:？？

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;

- > 2 years work experience, IT support/ cooperate function experience is preferred;

- Strong willingness to learn new IT products knowledge and communicate & collaborate cross functions/ teams; training skill is a plus;

- Good at PowerPoint, Excel reporting (data sorting/ analysis) and Microsoft 365 experience like Teams, PowerBI and so on is a plus;

- Good communication and presentation skills (both in Chinese & English); marketing skill is a plus;
- Fluent in English writing and speaking; German is a plus.
