本职位负责产品装配和测试工艺的开发和管理, 在高装配效率的基础上，保证产品质量。

This position is responsible for product assembly / test process development & management, to ensure product quality with high efficiency of assembly process.

？ 工作职责 Job Responsibilities

1. 建立和维护产品的装配和测试工艺文件(如工艺流程图、工艺潜在失效模式分析、控制计划和工艺指导书), 并要求对装配测试工艺的潜在失效模式分析中所列出的RPN>100 的项目采取必要的纠正行动。

2. 负责新产品装配测试工艺及产品工艺过程变更的PPAP（包含包装规范），并严格遵守国外工程团队制定的技术规范及要求。

3. 主导生产过程中所需工装夹具的设计优化，对影响一次合格率的问题能快速响应及提供有效的解决方案。

4. 负责生产区域的布局设计,人机工程应用，线平衡优化及Poka-Yoke防错设计等，确保运营的安全、质量、交付和效率等绩效。

5. 负责产线装配测试的日常技术支持及故障解决，确保产品装配线和测试台的正常运行。

6. 主导产品线的持续改善项目，遵循公司的精益生产规则实现绩效改善。

1. To develop and maintain product assembly & test process documents (Process Map, PFMEA, Control Plans & Process instruction), and to be required to implement the corrective actions for the RPN>100 listed in the assembly & test process P-FMEA.

2. Be responsible for new product release on assembly and test process PPAP (including packaging specification), and strictly comply with global technical specification and requirements.

3. Lead the tooling and fixtures design optimization in production, and delivery the fast response and effective solutions to the problems which impacted the first pass yield.

4. Be responsible for layout design, ergonomics engineering, line balance and Poka-Yoke design to ensure SQDC performance.

5. Be responsible for regular technical support and problem solving on production lines, to ensure assembly line and production test stand smooth running.

6. Lead continuous improvement projects for production lines to improve the operation performance complying with company lean principles.

职位要求 Position Requirements

1. 机械工程或相关专业本科毕业。

2. 2-3年装配和测试工艺的工作经验（液压行业优先）。

3. 具备MES(Manufacturing Execution System)系统经验者优先。

4. 具有精益生产经验者优先。

5. 熟练运用Office办公软件和AutoCAD绘图软件。

6. 流利的英语读写能力。

7. 沟通能力

1. Bachelor Degree of the Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

2. Over 2-3 years of working experience in products assembly and test process.（hydraulic industry prefer）

3. With MES system experience is preferred.

4. With lean production experience is preferred.

5. Familiar with Office software and AutoCAD.

6. Fluent English level in reading and writing.
