Job responsibility（工作职责）：

1. Implement recruitment plan according to company’s  recruitment needs , including  screening、interview、evaluation、background  investigation and so on;

根据公司招聘需求实施招聘计划，包括筛选、面试、评估、背景调查等;

2.Enhance recruitment channels and methods to improve recruitment effectiveness based on regularly analysis;

根据公司实际定期研究招聘需求，完善招聘渠道和方法，提高招聘效果;

  3Prepare offer for the new employees, and communicate with the new employees on his/her on-boarding arrangement.

      为新员工准备offer，并与新员工沟通安排入职。

      4、  Responsible for new hire onboard and induction management and probation assessment;

负责新员工雇佣管理及试用期评估;

5. Coordinate employees’ performance review 

协调安排员工的绩效考核

6. Perform day-to-day operations of payroll data maintenance and process, ensure timely as well as accurate execution

负责日常工资数据的维护和数据收集，确保及时准确发放工资。

7. Responsible for Employee Relations activities, including employee engagement activities, turnover management; rewards and punishment management;

负责员工关系管理。包括日常员工活动、离职管理、奖惩管理等

8. esponsible for related HR system maintenance;

负责相关人力资源系统的维护;

9. Conduct employee communication actives per company policy;

根据公司政策进行员工沟通活动；

10. Other tasks assigned by manager.

 Requirement（职位要求）：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business administration, human resource management, etc;

本科及以上学历，工商管理、人力资源管理等相关专业;

  2、A minimum of 2 years human resource experience. Experience in retail industry is preferred.

      至少2年人力资源工作经验，有零售行业工作经验者优先。

3. Proficient in spoken and written English;

良好的英语听说读写能力;

  4. Strong communication & organization skill.

         较强的沟通和组织能力。
