MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:        

1. ONLINE IP PROTECTION

• Coordinate 'Notice and Takedown' operations on online platforms in Greater China and South East Asia (mainly Lazada);
• Daily manual check on counterfeit listings on online platforms, searching engines and social media;
• Work with online platforms, searching engines and social media on proactive measures including but not limited to the secret purchase program;            
• Attend activities initiated by platforms and provide trainings;                             
• Timely deal with requests associated with online IP protection from business and other internal teams;    
• Carry out online investigation and analysis on online targets;
• Closely monitor online sellers with high sales volumes and provide the intelligence to offline team to take offline enforcement actions;                            
• Deal with product verification, documentation associated with online infringers.

2. GLOW (Guaranteed Luxottica Origin Worldwide) PROJECT

• Coordinate with vendors and China Retail on GLOW online and offline purchases and complete the target within the assigned budget and following GLOW criteria.
• Carry out fast check of GLOW samples;
• Manage the return and shipping of GLOW frames;
• Support GLOW enforcement teams on confirming authorized customers;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the project.

3. OTHER

• Generate scheduled and ad hoc reports to business teams and other internal functions;
• Other assignments deemed necessary by Market Compliance Team.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Skills/Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experiences in IP protection;
• Strong problem-solving, time management and prioritization skills;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, interruptive environment;
• Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently as well as work collaboratively toward a common goal;
• Possess and demonstrate excellent oral and written command of English;
• Advanced computer skills, with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
