O&M Mechanical Engineer,西安机械工程师

岗位职责：

1，Ensure to comply with AP and local safety, health and environment standard, fulfill the mandatory safety requirement and activities: safety training, safety meeting, BSP (APT, JSA etc) and all other requirements by AP EH&S and local regulation.

2，Monitor plant production equipment operation status to ensure that they meet the requirement of safety, environmental and daily management issues.

3，Responsible for all rotation and mechanical equipment regular maintenance inclusive of compressor, pumps, valve and other mechanical equipment.

4，Responsible for planning maintenance requirements that could be scheduled or unscheduled/emergency jobs, on 24/7 base, prompt response to requests for assistance and putting in the time and effort to meet our customer’s expectations.

5，Be familiar with all equipment in plant; maintain all electrical equipment accurate documents integrity and equipment history database reachable.

6，Provide hand-on technical skills at the troubleshooting and all related maintenance work

7，Perform preventive maintenance work and support to implement MI work, such as SAP PM01-03 tasks, troubleshooting, and repair for all responsibly equipment. report the problems found during preventive maintenance and the routine inspection to plant manager and maintenance supervisor, and solve the problems followed with AP standard.

8，Coordinate or assist of supervision the contractor’s work in the facility or shop to guarantee safety and quality and reliability.

9，Develop mechanical job-packs, SWIM, Repair Manual, etc

10，Troubleshoot and diagnose faulty equipment to determine root cause of equipment failure, take remedial action and make reliability improvements.

11，Assist complete spare parts library on a regular basis the work of the Spare Part Keeper, to detect the incoming spare parts and spare parts store during performance testing, spare parts during storage ensure good performance.

12，Reporting to the plant maintenance supervisor

13，Responsible for providing plant equipment maintenance and routine maintenance report, archive summary, and try to reduce the recurrence of similar breakdown in accordance with rationalization of the proposed improvement measures.

14，Do support work to plant operation team, meantime, learn basic operation skills, and could operate plant when come across staff shortage. Master the operation for normal and emergency shutdown procedures, master the operation procedures for backup system, and perform site ER PLANT operator duties.

15，Participate in site safety management, implement EH&S safety programs, obtain SWP issued qualification; make sure job safety during maintenance work and contractor safety management work.

16，Responsible for special equipment/piping/valve inspection on a regular basis, timely access to relevant certificates, and document above equipment files for reference

任职要求：

1，Diploma / ITC or higher education holder in Mechanical/machinery Engineering.

2，Preferred >5 years maintenance experience in a petrochemical or manufacturing environment. Two-year Associate degree or High School diploma holder followed by apprenticeship training or experience related to Mechanical and Machinery equipment.

3，Strong working knowledge and hands on experience with rotating and static equipment

4，Adapt to outdoor work

5，With good oral/written communication skills, able to express would be better

6，Honest, able to work independently, be respectful
