Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin;

A minimum of 2 years of early childhood teaching experience;

工作职责 Job Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

1. 深入理解Kids ‘R’ Kids课程体系与精髓。

Deep understanding of Kids ‘R’ Kids curriculum , core operations and policies.

2. 严格遵守Kids ‘R’ Kids课程大纲执行，并为教师提供管理和指导。

Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the school’s schedule in order to effectively communicate; class times, course management procedures, administrative and extra curricular duties to all staff members in accordance with Kids ‘R’ Kids Curriculum Guidelines.

3. 负责教务团队管理与建设，包括全、***中外教师，建立科学合理的教学工作例会制度、教研制度、绩效考核制度、晋升制度、培训制度。

Responsible for teaching team and development, including full and part-time teachers, establish a scientific and reasonable education meeting system, develop and research, performance appraisal, promotion and training system.

4. 负责指导教师创建专业的教育环境，引领团队专业技能水平和创新能力的持续成长，创设健康积极向上、符合幼儿园教育理念的团队文化；

Responsible for creating a professional education environment, lead the team professional skill level and continued growth of new ability, create a healthy and positive and meet the culture of kindergarten’s concept.

5. 带领教学团队一起对课程进行有效实施，推动教学质量的不断提升。

Lead teachers to implement curriculum and maintain the high quality of teaching.

6. 负责员工招聘及面试，进行教师团队的培养和管理，定期对工作人员进行考核并做出正确评估

Interview employees, develop and manage team and conduct the performance appraisal regularly.

7. 负责做好家长沟通工作，制定家长沟通制度，定期举行家长会议、家长调研等，及时听取家长的意见反馈、建议，并进行外部回应、内部调整，确保服务质量；

Responsible for communicating with parents; formulate parent communication system; hold regular parent meetings and implement survey; listen to parent’s feedbacks, suggestions and ensure the service’s quality of external responses and internal adjustments.

8. 引领团队专业技能水平和创新能力的持续成长，创设健康积极向上、符合幼儿园教育理念的团队文化。

Lead the team professional skill level and continued growth of new ability, create a healthy and positive and meet the culture of kindergarten’s concept.

9. 协助幼儿园招生和市场拓展，促进幼儿园业绩提升

Assist school marketing activities to build, maintain and promote the Kids ‘R’ Kids brand name in the local market, attract potential customers for telephone and visits, sales and re-sales.

南京凯斯御钟山幼儿园基本情况介绍
园所位置：
幼儿园位于环陵路101-1号，地处风景优美、景色秀丽的钟山风景区核心地段，为复地御钟山高端住宅区配套的一所“会所式”幼儿园，外观为一栋独栋的法式宫廷建筑，被钟山高尔夫、紫园、帝豪等众多高端住宅区所簇拥。

园所环境：
南京市凯斯御钟山幼儿园是Kids ‘R’ Kids品牌旗下，在中国南京设立的一所直营园。我园建筑面积 4200平米（建筑3100平米，车库1100平米）、户外活动场地 3600 平米，严格按照美国KRK装修质量标准设计打造，园内班级设置为每半岁为一个年龄段，共开设10个班级。精心打造各类功能室，设有“音体活动室”、“感统训练室”、“科学探索室”、“多媒体教室”、“美术馆”、“图书馆”、“建构馆”、“生活馆”等。

班级设置：
幼儿园总共设置10个班级，2016年9月计划开放3个教室，分别为1—2岁班、2—3岁班、3—4岁班，视招生情况会逐渐增加班级。

南京文思荟智育儿园基本情况介绍
园所位置：
园区位于中航金城一号。
 
园所环境：
我园建筑面积1600平米、户外活动场地400平米，參照美国高端0-6岁托育机构的装修质量标准，并结合中国教育部颁发的《江苏省学前教育条例》&《江苏省幼儿园办园标准及评估细则》&中国文化及生活习惯进行空间划分，全园开设8个班级。精心打造各类功能室和配有空气净化系统的室内活动空间，设有“音体活动室”、“科学建构室”、“阅读室”、“幼儿餐厅”等。
