Responsibilities:

1. As a part of the team to work with distributors to support small and medium-sized customers and growing business continuously.

2. Manage all business review processes with distributors and Ensure distributor communications are in line with distribution strategy.

3. To get continuous in new opportunity from local distributors on resources for demand creation.

4. To be interface between distributors and cross-functional teams, Assist in the management and development of the agent's targets.

5. Implement distributor management process with measurement tools to achieve goals , Develop scorecard to monitor and measure initiatives and progress.

Requirements:

1.    Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering, 3-5 years experience in semiconductor industry is required;

2.    Experiences in distribution business and technical background is plus;

3.    Fluent in English.
