职位描述
1- 事业部招投标文件风险审核及投标文件支持，供应商调查表辅助填写；
2- 组织合同评审，审核合同商务条款，汇总合同评审信息，跟踪合同至签定完成；
3-合同存档、中标利润确认，合同传递，系统录入与更新；
4.合同执行阶段更新到期应收，回款跟进，发货控制、发票申请、变更单的签订及存档等；
5.参观及验收设备客户行程安排与跟踪；
6-各个阶段商务函件的草拟，准备和发送。
任职要求：
1-大学本科以上学历 管理，市场营销，外语等相关专业；
2-3年以上相关工作经验，有销售支持，商务等的工作经验者优先；
3-英语四级以上，良好的英文听、说、读写能力；
4-沟通协调能力强，积极主动，有责任心，有敬业精神和服务意识。
