Job Output:
工作目标:
? The requirement of this position is to achieve the annual sales budget and individual plans and objectives, develop and implement the plans to build the business in the assigned territory, and develop channel customers to multiply efforts.
达成年度销售目标、个人计划和各项指标。制定和落实相关计划,拓展在指定区域的业务并开发渠道客户。

? Be responsible for the sales strategy/channels/promotion of The company product line; Achieve the sales target;
负责公司产品的销售策略、渠道开发和推广活动等,确保完成产品的销售任务;
? Develop new distributors and set up sales network for commodity market; Fulfill the coverage of building material mall in Beijing
负责开发普销市场经销商,建立完善的经销商网络,完成北京建材市场覆盖率要求;
? Instruct and manage distributors’ daily work. And coordinate the relationship among them when necessary
指导和管理经销商的日常工作,必要时协调他们之间的关系
? Coordinate the relationship between the company and distributors and make sure company’s policies and strategies are all implemented
协调公司和经销商之间的关系,确保公司政策和战略全部的实施
? Take an active part in various business activities of the company with team spirit. Timely reflect the feedback and information from market and make reasonable suggestions
具有团队精神,积极参与公司各种业务活动。及时反馈来自市场的信息,并做出合理的建议
? Provide quality services to our customers and help establish a good reputation and brand image of company
