Objectives of the Position

Provide Color Application expertise service for color activities.

Work together with Color Specialist to develop technical solutions for specific colors.

Project Manager for color application activities/operational excellence, including color implement efficiency.

Main Tasks

Ensure all activities to meet BASF requirements of EHS, 5S and QM.

Provide Color Application expertise service for color activities.

Good skills on color application as well as tinting, able to achieve certain colors with efficiency.

Work together with Color Specialist on color activities.

Other activities assigned by line manager.

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

Education: College in Chemistry related major is preferred

Working Experience: more than 5 years’ color application experience

Technical & Professional Knowledge: Good knowledge of color application. Good knowledge of automotive Coating related technology.
