工作职责:
? 进行定期的市场检查、分析和评估
? 开发新客户和新市场,完成既定销售指标
? 协助地区经理有效地监督和控制销售活动
? 与市场部合作完成新产品的投放工作
职位要求:
? 本科以上学历,自动化、电子、计算机电子相关专业
? 五年以上相关类仪表仪器过程控制产品销售工作经验
? 了解当地石油和化工行业,与区域内客户有一定联系基础
? 英语读写良好,熟悉OFFICE软件
? 出色的沟通协调和独立工作能力,能适应出差
Accountabilities:
? Recommend, develop and pursue long term growth objective and plans for assigned locations. Identify and target the top 20% accounts that represent 80% of opportunities for the company’s products.
? Get Company Crouse Hinds on the approved vendor lists
? Identify and build relations with top engineering/Design Institute involved in this market to aid in specification efforts.
? Determine competitive standing of current products in relation to price, features and performance including analysis of competitor actions, product developments, product policies and activities.
? Maintain current and required knowledge of the marketplace to be thoroughly appraised of all new or modified product opportunities as well as developments that may impact our products or ability to sell them.
? Resolve product inconsistencies arising from, but not limited to, manufacturing and engineering inquiries, change in vendor supplies, and customer complaints.
? Work with appropriate sales manager to develop appropriate distribution channels and sales budget.
? To perform any other duties with in the scope and remit of the job.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
? Good command of written and spoken English
? 5-8 years working experience in the oil and gas field with good skills at sales activities and administrative function preferred.
? Bachelor's degree of Automation/Electronics Background.
? A team player with a pro active attitude and approach toward achieving the company goal and objective.
? Strong established relations with key personnel experience in the oil and gas industries preferred.
