职位描述/GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:

  

负责产品的CAE分析工作。

  

This is responsible technical work involving CAE analysis.

  

 

  

责任与义务/ RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  

在报价时间要求内完成分析工作。在需要时要为分析工作创建几何模型。需要进行填充分析、注塑冷却分析、变形和收缩分析、结构和流体动力学分析等并准备分析报告。

  

Quote time required to complete analysis. Construct Geometry is needed for analysis. Perform analysis required [could be mold filling, mold cooling, warp and shrink, structural, or computational fluid dynamics]. Prepare analysis reports.

  

 

  

工作内容/ACTIVITIES:

  

• 为CAE分析创建网格模型。

  Create and mesh models for CAE analysis. .

• 执行基本的填充和注塑冷却分析以及其他要求的分析。

  Perform analysis (primarily mold filling and cooling, other types as required) .

• 积极参与模具设计工作，应用CAE和团队一起确定设计方向。

  Take an active part in the mold design and utilize CAE to finalize design direction with the team.

• 需要时参加会议，包括但不限于：客户会议、模房会议、制造会议、工程会议。

  Attend meetings when appropriate, including but not limited to: customer, tool shops, manufacturing and engineering.

• 与团队成员和模房一起讨论有关设计和模具方面的工艺改善。

  Discuss processed modifications to designs and tooling with team members and tool shops.

• 根据分析结果撰写分析报告并提交给相应的个人。

  Write the analysis report based on the analysis results and distribute to appropriate personnel.

• 其他要求的任务和职责。

  Other tasks and duties as assigned.

   

  应具备的技术知识和能力/ TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• 具备收集和分析信息的能力，并能在从有限的选择中做出决断。

  Possesses the ability to gather and analyze information and make decisions from a limited number of the choice. 

• 学历要求/EDUCATION:

• 大学及以上文凭

  College degree or above

• 工程科目类的理学学士学位或与工程或者工程绘图相关的学位。

  B.S degree in an engineering curriculum or some college instruction [in an Engineering or an Engineering graphics curriculum].

   

  工作经验/EXPERIENCE:

• 具备3年以上对塑料件进行有限元分析的经验以及实体建模方面的工作经验。

  3 years design experience including a working knowledge of Finite Element Analysis techniques for plastic components and a working knowledge of solid modeling procedure.
