法务经理

1、建立健全公司法务相关规章制度和流程，为公司的发展提供全方位的法律支持； 

2、评估、审核公司投资项目的结构性法律风险和政策性风险，控制和防范公司运营中的法律风险； 

3、起草和修改有关法律文件、按时完成合同会审流程中的法律审核、参与重大合同的谈判与起草，负责指定项目的合同审核； 

4、参与公司有关经营活动、商务谈判、合同审核、劳动合同审核等,对所分配的项目提出法律意见及提供法律支持； 

5、为公司及项目公司的重大、疑难法律问题出具法律意见； 

6、根据部门工作安排,负责指定项目的相关诉讼、仲裁； 

7、协助相关部门处理突发法律事务并给予专业指导； 

8、领导安排的其他工作。 

任职要求

1、全日制本科及以上学历； 法律及相关专业； 

2、资格证书：通过司法考试优先； 

3、具备3年以上律师事务所或者2年以上大型企业法律实践经验； 

4、具有扎实的法律功底，较强的法律逻辑思维能力，良好的分析、处理、应变及解决法律问题的工作能力； 

5、良好的道德品质和职业操守，有责任心，具有较强的沟通协调能力，语言表达能力，较高的情商。
