岗位职责：

1、维护更新临床开发部SOP和相关的工作流程文件，并对批准的SOPs进行培训工作；

2、参与内部稽查，书写稽查报告，追踪稽查问题的整改落实；

3、参与或负责供应商、临床现场或合作方的筛选评估，及进行中的定期稽查，以及问题追踪；

4、审阅稽查报告及相关文件；

5、参与部门培训体系的建立，为团队提供培训支持。

任职要求：

1、临床医学、药理学、护理学、卫生护理或其他相关专业，本科及以上学历；

2、3年以上CRA或项目管理经验，熟悉GCP及临床试验相关法律法规，有疫苗、肿瘤临床经验优先；

3、能适应出差；

4、能承受工作压力、良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；

5、英文4级及以上，具备基本的英文阅读、书写能力。

6、本岗位可base在南京、苏州、上海，优先苏州。
