Position Summary/职位概述:

Experienced in mechanical design, optimization, and innovative solution generation. Be able to design the products， or fixtures to improve the manufacture process, product efficiency or quality and safety. Strong at manufacture issue analysis, correction actions generation and their implementation. Familiar with ordinary software such as MS Office, ERP, AutoCAD, Solidworks. Hands-on experience to resolve quality issues in mechanical aspects cooperating with production and quality colleagues.

要求机械设计、优化以及创新方案输出方面经验丰富；能独立设计产品，或者工装以优化制造工艺、生产效率、质量和安全；有能力进行制造问题分析、改正措施提出及其落实生产；熟悉MS Office、ERP、AutoCAD、Solidworks等工具软件；在配合生产和质量部门解决生产线上发生的机械相关问题方面，有丰富的实践经验。

Key Responsibilities/主要职责:

1. Cooperate development team to design new products or make optimization of the existing products or ODM products at mechanical aspects.

配合产品开发团队进行新产品设计，或对现有产品或者ODM产品进行机械方面的优化；

1. Develop the assembly tools / jigs to optimize the manufacture process.

   开发生产工具或工装，以优化制造工艺；

2. Coordinate purchasing and quality team to communicate the suppliers to implement the parts manufacturing, achieve the cost and quality requirement.

   协调采购和质量与供应商沟通，执行零部件的加工，以实现质量和成本的要求；

3. Coordinate production and quality department to do Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) when products development or transferring.

   在产品开发或转移过程中，协调生产与质量部门一起进行过程失效模式及效果分析；

4. Responsible for process development, introduction, validation and tracking from pilot run to mass production.

   负责产品从试产到量产的工艺设计、导入、验证和跟踪；

5. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, verifying and solving problems found in mass production, and record/share the lessons and learns.

   负责收集、分析、验证和解决产品量产过程中发现的问题，并记录和分享经验教训；

6. Communicate with the quality department, production team and SCM team regularly to follow up the corrective actions implementing into daily production.

   定期与质量、生产以及供应链部门沟通，跟踪日常的纠正措施落实至生产过程中；

7. Implement ECN, maintain standards/specification and drawings of raw materials, and participate in the verification of new materials, technologies and processes.

   执行工程变更ECN，维护原材料的标准、规格以及图纸，参与新材料、技术或者工艺的验证工作；

   Minimum Requirements/Qualifications/最低要求与资格:

1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent).

   机械工程或者类似专业的本科以上学历

2. Preferably minimum 3 years of related working experience as design engineer in laboratory instruments.

   3年以上实验室仪器相关行业设计工程师经验

3. Proficiency in Office software (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT, Visio) and engineering software (Solidworks, AutoCAD).

   熟练使用MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT，Visio)软件, 以及设计软件（AutoCAD, Solidworks）；

4. Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, active working attitude;

   具有较强的分析、解决问题的技能，积极主动的工作心态；

5. Excellent knowledge of industrial materials and mechanical processing methods.

   熟悉行业内常见的材料特性以及机械加工工艺

6. Good English read and writing skills.

   英语读写能力优秀

1. Must be able to travel within China or internationally on business trips when necessary.

   必须能接受必要的国际或者国内出差；

2. Must be able to function independently, be self-motivated and yet be part of a team.

   必须能够独立、自发地工作，同时能够与团队合作；

3. Must possess strong communication skills both verbal and written to communicate directly with customers and share technical information and provide documents.

   必须有较强的与客户进行口头和书面沟通的技巧，有分享技术信息和提供文件的能力；

4. Must possess strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and service customers in a timely manner.

   必须有较强的组织技巧，能在规定的时间内达成客户需求，及时提供所需的客户服务。

   Working Conditions/工作条件:

   Normal office environment, willing to travel when necessary

   正常办公环境，必要时能出差；
