Job description：
- Providing direct and timely technical support to customers in pre-sale and post-sale stages.
- Providing customer feedback to GUC internal team and managing all follow-ups of customer’s issues.
- Working with RD (Research and Development) and MKT (Marketing) team on IP promotion, including customer visit and IP road show.
Candidate requirements：
- Experience in Analog/digital IC design.
- Knowledge/experience in SerDes and/or DDR (design, application, specs., etc.) is a big plus.
- Ability to conduct meeting, presentation, IP demos, and training.
- Team player. Good organization skills.
- 10+ years of related experience.
- 10% travel to Taiwan/other regions.
