Job  Description

 

1、Daily shipment handling, ensure all the operations are in compliance with company’s standard process and procedure.

    

2、Screen all the documents received from customer and follow up accordingly

    

3、Input shipment data in system, track and update shipment status in system, keep customer updated with accurate and timely information, without reminder

    

4、Documentation preparation and maintenance

    

5、Maintain good relationship with customers, assist to tailor made SOP for individual account

    

6、Assist to prepare analysis report

    

7、 Other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager

The Qualification:

    

1、Bachelor degree or above. Major in International Trade or Logistics Management is preferred.

    

2、Good English skills, familiar with business letter writing, be able to communicate with oversea colleagues and clients independently

    

3、 Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power-point, Power BI, etc.)

    

4、Good communication and emergency response ability, good customer service mind, team player

    

5、Ability to work well under pressure; have sense of responsibility and strong strain ability

    

6、Relevant working experience is preferred
