A. Overall Purpose Of The Job (Brief description of the primary purpose of this position)
Corporate Service roles focus primarily external, in establishing corporate customer relationship, building presence with the targeted group(s)/segments he/she is assigned to. In the mission to expand company brand preference, corporate service hunts down targeted customers and land closure to service agreements from potential lead generation activities and outreach program(s).
The role rides on both sales demand generation with key accounts development scope to outreach and external marketing activities. These include channel strategies such as methods to reach the company’s desired customers (CEO/HRs/Expat governance/HSE/Marketing teams), planning & execution of different communication tactics & occasions in making visibility appeal to them, various promotional and execution of lead generation activities. Incumbent has overall responsibility for Japanese/German/French Marketing & Sales planning and execution in China, including strategy development, implementation of marketing initiatives geared towards driving patient utilization and corporate client engagement.
The corporate service executive will work very closely with top management, inter-department members, clinic managers, operations and medical teams to drive specific targets communities’ initiatives such as:
- Generate new leads and develop Japanese customer touchpoints with us
- Create and Expand value for existing customer base ensuring annual renewals and enhancement
- Educate & communicate to members and users on Raffles Medical’s value proposition, portfolio and promotion, increasing recall and build stronger relationship with Raffles Medical clinics.
- May involve facilitating corporate VIP key accounts’end-user familiarity sessions with company’s services such as hospital, clinic facilities, medical teams contributing to positive affinity between doctors, hospital and clinics and end users
- Foster strong relationships with Japanese corporate clients to demonstrate the Raffles medical value proposition and act as key marketing liaison with Japanese community in Beijing, Dalian and Tianjin, while planning and providing direction for Japanese community activities China-wide.
B. Key Responsibilities
? Corporate client relationship building & consultative selling. With this, as amount to commit is usually high in stake, selling cycle will usually be long. As such, decision making process will involve multiple stakeholders and many factors. Responsibility of corporate service will encompass the follow through from demand generation to leads to proposals to landing/closure of agreements.
? Researching, target/identification of sales leads to classification of specific desired targeted customer group and how to reach them. Part of hunting, generating demand.
? Handling of various leads generation and associations funnelling to potential pitches with key corporate customers and/or direct potential consumers/patients.
? Reaching out to new customers, delivering of dynamic corporate presentations and pitches outlining benefits of company’s offerings and portfolio (Services/Packages/Programmes/Talks) to customers’ needs including customization.
? Key account management focus - Understanding customer’s requirements (both existing and untapped opportunities), landscape of customer’s organization and decision making factors and people related management communication
? Developing and nurturing relationships with HR and key staffing personnel of corporate customers’ access to RM clinics in China, building, doing landscape mapping of potential interests and needs that will be beneficial for HR and Management in planning their employee welfare strategies.
? Close communication and coordination with both internal and external on customer account requirements landing closure of service agreements/offers.
· Data analysis, customer landscape evolution and market research driven ability to constantly deliver best after sales customer support
· Strategic input to development of new clinic locations, research on new markets, competitors and associated marketing activities. Prepare Japanese collaterals and overall responsibility for execution of marketing events targeted at driving Japanese business.
· Analyse, track and report on market/channel/specific target group and also outcome of programs/ services and packages delivered to
· Be responsible for the organization of external events that Raffles Medical wishes to sponsor and has approved as well as act as the representative at community events such as school, embassy, chamber/community events, programs, talks and fairs, medical round table/forums/seminars etc
· Performs any other duties as assigned by commercial director/senior leadership has within the scope of overall commercial service function.
Marketing Strategy and Implementation
· In conjunction with the Marketing Manager and Clinic management team, develop the Marketing Strategy for Japanese business in China.
· Deliver innovative, quality B2B and B2C marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed building the Japanese corporate and patient business.
· Organise and manage Japanese Clinic tours or visits in Beijing.
· Update relevant information on Japanese capabilities in China on the website.
· Manage the Japanese/German/French/Foreign facing media plan in China, inclusive of budget, coordination of media articles and advertising execution, as agreed with Marketing Manager.
· Regularly report on Raffles Medical Japanese media activities in China.
· Identify, organize events and activities which will meet company revenue objectives such as First Aid Stations for Sports or School Events, Medical Standbys for high profile Corporate Events, Chamber of Commerce and Japanese embassy and Association seminars, Doctor talk seminars, Medical Orientation Sessions, Hospital, Clinic Tours and Information Booths.
· Liaise with community contacts on a regular basis through client meetings, mail outs, clinic newsletters and telephone contacts.

C. Job Profile
Required Skills and Knowledge (Brief description of technical knowledge or skills needed to perform the job)
- Japanese native with fluent Japanese / Fluent German speaking / French speaking
- Good understanding of Japanese/German/French culture and Japanese/German/French business culture.
- Strong planning, organizational and executional experiences
- Key account management including relationship building aptitude, multiple stake-holders complex matrix management experiences and processes leading to closure and maintenance of sales lead.
- Quality service marketing and customer facing oriented Strong communication and presentation competence. Need excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point)
- Multi-tasking, cross functional stakeholder management skill

Required Work Experience (Brief description of the job-related experience needed to perform the job)
· Minimum 5 years marketing experience.
· Customer relationship building & Networking Experience.
· Working experience in service/medical related industry.
· Event organizing know how
· Preferred at least 1 year experience in city located

· Bachelor degree.
· Japanese Passport Holder for Japanese desk
