Job Responsibility:

• Mainly responsible for business of Precision Plastic, includes customer maintenance, get new orders from customer;
• Assist department head to do the management work;
• Urge the smooth progress of new projects, Implement QBR with key customers;
• Participate in the formulation of departmental strategy and follow up strategy implementation on a monthly basis;
• Manage the strategy implementation of the group and review the performance results.

Requirement:

• Associate degree or above, major in Material Processing and Control Engineering or Mechanical Engineering & Marketing;
• 5 -10 Years of experience in Marketing or Account Manager position;
• Fluent in spoken and written English;
• Familiar with mold technology, prefer to have precision mold business experience;
• Have rich experience in project management and leadership.
