岗位职责：
1. Work closely with business users, plant PLC programmers and other resources to standardize, implement, develop and maintain PLC Program, Ignition, Thingworx and other business related systems for Autoliv China.
2. Support manager to workout digitalization solution in key business area, especially in Production area.
3. Provide related systems on-going support and guide users to understand and utilize system in a proper way.
4. Troubleshooting and data analysis to identify/solve end-user problems by using the functionality of the system, or technical solutions.
5. Ensure new system features and process are effectively integrated within the business function to achieve maximum productivity.
6. Periodically review existing systems and business process for potential improvement.
7. Ensure business processes running on production system(s) are operating according to process design and in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP) and SOX requirements in the organization.
8. Provide business solutions to meet user’s expectations through the design and delivery of new processes, evaluating new functionalities in related system or 3rd party solutions.
9. Study and analyze new user requirements for process improvement and operating automation.
10. Create workflow & SLA for user change request and control the change management accordingly.
11. Participate in the global/regional related project as needed

任职要求：
1. Be familiar with PLC Programming/SQL/Python/Power BI, have at least 3 years’ experience of Business Analyst or relevant, and have a good understanding of data processing.
2. Know well about terminology in shop floor and production area, has technical or functional experience with production systems, such as WMS/APS/MES/SCADA.
3. Have a good concept of AI/ML/DL/Cloud, some related experience will be preferred.
4. Have a good understanding of business process in manufacturing industry, especially in Production area.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Good knowledge and experience with project management.
7. Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills. Able to identify user's needs and tailor solutions to meet user requirements.
8. A strong customer-focused attitude and ability to smoothly communicate at all levels in English.
