About the team

Our eCommerce division is booming. With significant revenue increases year on year, the business is the engine room of our global strategy. As experts in what we do, we operate across verticals that represent the most exciting opportunities for global eCommerce growth – Digital Content, Global Retail, Airlines, Regulated Gambling and Travel – and in doing so we are privileged to partner with many of the world’s most dynamic organizations. Our strategic aim is to drive differentiated value for our customers by increasing their profitability and hence Worldpay’s share of wallet. To achieve this, we aim to reach more customers in more markets, in local language and with local payment options.

What you will be doing

• You will be supporting a portfolio of Key Client Accounts where you and the team will provide dedicated support to large corporate global organizations, strengthening relationships and helping them with a wide range of non-commercial queries. You will be both tactical as well as getting in stuck in with hands-on support.
• You will work directly with your team and internal stakeholders, improving and challenging existing internal processes for the benefit of the customer.
• You will be required to liaise with external technology providers, scheme fee providers and corporate customers to achieve this.
• You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team members and ensuring they build strong partnerships with our customers

• Other duties as assigned.

What you bring

• Worked in a customer facing role, dealing with corporate customers.
• Preferably you were in a role where technical customer queries were the norm.

• Self-motivated to learn and take on challenges
• Comfortable with group presentation / in front of customers
• Good sense of responsibility and ownership.

• An excellent communicator with strong coaching- and stakeholder management skills. You’ll be working in a vibrant part of the business we would expect you to bring lots of energy and enthusiasm to the team.
• Business proficiency in Mandarin and have good English language skills.
