负责采购业务的商业分析,英文流利,熟练相关分析工具


Overall: Support business department in its processes and follow-ups with main focus on data analysis for profitability, saving and improving operating performance. Research, Analysis and Reporting will be three major activities for this role. The characteristics of the Analyst must be curiosity and the mindset should be that all numbers and processes within IPO Asia can be improved.


Responsibilities:

Support the analytic needs cross functions by analyzing various sources of data (AX, PLM etc.)

Takes ownership to organize data preparation and business validation in data migration, mainly focusing on sourcing performance result follow-up and target setting, engaging with head office purchasing planning etc.

Provide business intelligence support on key local initiative, such like optimizing supplier and products structure.

Use standard tools, such as Excel, BI, or Access, to produce reports relating to outcomes

Create dashboards by pulling data from different sources and systems for presentations to management team

Collaborate with IPO contributors and head office specialist to assist with data collection and reporting, develop, analyze and implement KPIs

Provide report training and instruction to key users upon request

Develop reports/analyses on both a monthly and ad hoc basis/reports (excel, BI tools, ppt).

Support sourcing team with fact-based negotiation, including negotiation documentation support, identifying the cost drivers and monitoring continuously, substantiating the negotiation argument, etc.


Qulifications:

Bachelor's degree in majoring in business or economics and with strong data analytics capability.

At least four years’ experience in database analytics in retail or international trading industry, with strong business/marketing related mission;

Proven track record in generating insights from data to improve performances or processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office with very strong Excel skills, experience using Access, SQL etc.

Good English communication skills.
