要求 1大学专科以上，服装相关专业毕业
2 10年以上从事相关行业工作经验，其中最少5年以上管理经验
3具备良好的专业技能
4有能力发展，维持和实施质量体系
5具备团队领导能力,跟踪生产流程,能与质检部门有较好的沟通，以便监督生产质量。
6 能处理关于顾客有质量问题的反应和确保质量标准
7 能有效地分析，及提供合适的改进工艺的方法
8 有较强的领导能力和管理技能
9 能流利表达和书写国语、英语 职责
内容
1 负责有关质检事宜包括QC排期、验货、订单跟踪和质量问题的解决
2 带领QC团队完成各项工作
3 与工厂紧密合作确保所有的产品质量符合有关标准和客户的需求
4 密切配合跟单和技术部门监控质量和交货事宜
5 擅长建立团队精神

Requirements:
1. University/College in Mfy.Eng. /Mech.Eng. /P.I.E or related disciplines
2. 10 years’ working experience in Garment Manufacturing field, which at least 5 years on Management.
3. Good technical knowledge of production.
4. Able to develop, maintain and implement the quality system and QC operation
5. Responsible for leading a team to secure product quality and delivery
6. Manage the customer quality issues and ensure quality standards are met
7. Analyze and provide continuous process improvements related to fit, workmanship and delivery
8. Well-organized with strong leadership and management skills.
9. Good commend in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all product quality issues included QC planning、inspection、order follow-up and quality problem solving.
2. To supervise QC team to fulfill inspection tasks.
3. Work closely with factories to ensure all product quality is within spec. & standard according to customer’s requirements.
4. Work closely with merchandiser and technical dept. to monitor the quality and delivery issue.
5. Good at team spirit build up.
