Responsibility

1. Basic research job may cover special technology of PCB (Special technologies like high voltage, high current PCBs), new types of material study, PCB reliability test study, CAF/SIR test, PCB physical characteristics test, etc

针对特殊技术的PCB做一些基础研究，如高压大电流的PCB， PCB的新材料，PCB的可靠性测试， CAF/SIR以及其他PCB 物理特性的基础研究等

2. Evaluate all solutions on PCB level according to project requirement, docking project R&D or designer to provide the best solution

根据项目的需求，从PCB 层面评估解决方案，并对接项目研发和设计，提供***解决方案

3. Create / update design rules for high Voltage / High current PCB applications

制定并更新维护高电压/大电流产品应用的PCB设计准则

4. Technical communication with PCB base material / chemistry supplier, test / inspection equipment supplier

负责与PCB材料供应商，药水供应商， 测试以及光学检查设备供应商的技术沟通

5. Support project and communicate with PCB supplier for PCB feasibility study, EQ, tolerances capability. etc.

与PCB供应商进行技术沟通，以及支持解决项目的PCB 可行性分析，EQ，公差能力等

6. Failure analysis including internal and external labs, trouble shooting for printed circuit boards

对于内外部实验室分析的PCB做失效分析, 以及PCB的问题查找

7. Global support of evaluation of 8D reports from PCB suppliers

支持全球范围的工厂关于PCB 供应商的8D 报告等

8. Technical approvals of base materials, solder mask, surface finishes

新材料，油墨，表面处理等的技术放行

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in material, or electrical engineering, etc.

本科以上学历，主修材料或电子工程等专业

2. Required knowledge of 5+ years’ experience in PCB manufacture or in automotive

至少5年以上的PCB工厂工作经验， 或在汽车电子领域的工作经验

3. Solid knowledge on electrical engineering, power electronics, circuit design, etc.

在电子工程，电子电力以及电路设计上有扎实的知识基础

4. Good understanding of systems or tools (SAP, MS office, Minitab, etc.)

熟悉并会使用一些系统及工具（如SAP, MS office, Minitab, etc.）

5. Good experience on DoE, with 6 Signa Green Belt + will be great

有良好的DoE经验，***有通过6 Signa 绿带

6. Good knowledge on PCB material, reliability testing such like thermal shock test, CAF test, SIR test, etc.

具有良好的PCB 材料知识，了解PCB的信赖性测试如 冷热冲击， CAF测试， SIR 测试等

7. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics

具有较强的数据分析能力

8. Good oral, written communications skills，fluent in English. German language skill is preferred

具备良好的口头表达能力和书面技巧, 拥有流利的英语，会德语者优先

9. Willingness to travel

有一定的出差意愿
