Job Title: EDS Collaboration Lead

Report to: EDS Collaboration Regional APAC Manager

Location: Shanghai

Primary Job Responsibilities

1. Provide leadership for the EDS collaboration tools, supporting JPI and SharePoint for the China offices, coordinating with the EDS Collaboration Regional APAC Manager and project teams.
2. Support EDS collaboration initiatives, and collaborate with other IT team members to provide projects with the best services, with the goal of making our collaboration tools a fully integrated and accepted tool in the offices.
3. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: set up new projects, training and support of users and clients, and identify opportunities for enhancements bringing value to projects, working closely with the EDS Collaboration Regional APAC Manager.

Requirements

1. 5 - 8 years of related experience, working in an engineering and construction environment, with expertise in EDMS/Collaboration tools;
2. Knowledge of design tools like PDS, PDMS, MicroStation and AutoCAD.
3. Previous experience with JPI support and/or use is highly desirable, but not required.
4. Must be an excellent communicator, self-starter, and comfortable to work directly with management and clients.
5. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
6. Will be acting in a hands-on position.
7. Travel may be required.
