职位描述
Key Responsibilities：
1. 参与制定公司长期营销战略，拟定公司年度销售计划确保完成公司年度销售目标、市场目标、
回款目标和利润目标；
Participate in the formulation of the company's long-term marketing strategy, and formulate the
company's annual sales plan to ensure the completion of the company's annual sales target,
market target, return target and profit target.
2. 掌握市场行情，并进行有序稳定地市场开发工作；
Grasp the market conditions and conduct orderly and stable market development.
3. 负责公司客户的销售策略、销售计划和发展管理，并有效的部署实施与监控；
Responsible for the sales strategy, sales plan and development management of company
customers, and effective deployment, implementation and monitoring.
4. 建立顺畅的客户沟通渠道，主持客户的业务谈判及成交，落实客户货款的回收，创建长期、
良好、稳固的区域客户关系；
Establish smooth customer communication channels, preside over customer business
negotiations and transactions, implement customer payment recovery, and create long-term,
good and stable regional customer relationships.
5. 负责开发多重销售手段、销售工具；
Responsible for the development of multiple sales methods and sales tools.
6. 负责重大销售合同的谈判与签订；
Responsible for the negotiation and signing of major sales contracts.
7. 负责定期和不定期拜访重点客户，及时了解和处理问题；
Responsible for regular and irregular visits to key customers, to understand and deal with
problems in time.
8. 全面负责市场部日常管理工作；
Fully responsible for the daily management of the marketing department.
9. 负责销售人员的考核和管理工作；
Responsible for the assessment and management of sales staff.
10. 不断调整销售政策、管理制度和销售计划以及业务员激励政策；
Continuously adjust sales policies, management systems and sales plans, as well as salesperson
incentive policies.
11. 协调本部门内部及本部门与其它部的关系；
Coordinate the relationship between this department and other departments.
12. 上级指派的其它工作。

岗位要求：
Backgroundand Skill：
1. 全日制本科及以上学历；
Full-time college degree or above.
2. 五年销售管理经验，有危废行业经验优先；
Five years of sales management experience, experience in hazardous waste industry is preferred.
3. 具备目标绩效管理、过程控制、合作发展以及冲突管理等方面的知识与实践技巧；
Possess knowledge and practical skills in target performance management, process control,
cooperative development and conflict management.
4. 富有敬业精神，具有良好的职业道德，较强的领导力和创新能力；
Full of professionalism, good professional ethics, strong leadership and innovation ability;
5. 能适应出差，有较强的抗压性；
Able to adapt to business trips, with strong resistance to pressure.
6. 熟悉国家相关政策和法律法规；
Familiar with relevant national policies, laws and regulations.
7. 具有广泛的社会关系资源者优先；本地人优先；
Those with extensive social relations resources are preferred; locals are preferred.
8. 英语水平良好，可进行日常口语交流.
Good level of English, capable of daily oral communication.
