Develop business from technical perspective and generate the need to help achieve sales targets for secondary level customers and increase their wallet share (share of Lenzing products within customer portfolio) & specialty fiber share via working closely with sales/BD

Delivers effective customer relationship management technically from secondary level customers, including travel to customers and intercompany site visits and account performance development

Identifies and capitalizes  the new business opportunities from the secondary level customers with a focus on the support and fostering of product and application development, promotes specified programs to enable co-branding

Provides input for new application development to innovation, as well as fiber performance feedback to internal production related departments for quality improving

Provides technical and commercial support, supports regional marketing and sales activities (trade show- and event activities, promotion, pre- and after sales activities).

Handles the complaints effectively with professional communication.

Ensures continuous update of plans, conducts target/performance comparisons, initiates counteractive measures in case of variance.

Other jobs

Bachelor degree or above, major in Textile Engineering, Non-woven Material and Engineering or related

10+ yrs experience in technical/production/business development, preferably within Nonwoven industry

Good communication & expertise skills

Experience of account management

Empathetic person with hands-on mentality, good listener

Ability to translate customer needs and pain points into actionable tasks and value adding solutions

Advanced IT skills (CRM, MS Office, MS Outlook)

Language proficiency (written and spoken) in Business English (B2), additional languages are a plus

Analytical ability and solution-oriented mindset
