职位描述
Accountable for leadership of strategy development for Ineos Acetyls in Asia.
Accountable for leadership of major projects currently in business development phase, and for origination of new business development activity in Asia.
With Ineos Acetyls leadership team, oversight of shareholder interest in selected JVs.
Accountable for development of JV strategic positioning and business improvement programs.
Accountable for driving development of regional and global commercial optimisation processes with associated execution.
Maintain positive relationships with key external stakeholders, community members and industry organisations to protect and enhance Ineos Acetyls’ business reputation.
Essential Education:
- Degree qualified, MBA preferred
Essential experience and job requirements :
- Minimum 20 years of commercial and general management experience in petrochemicals industry.
Desirable criteria and qualifications:
- Track record of leading and driving strategy formulation and execution for an independent business.
- Significant general management experience with strong commercial track record.
- Experience of working in/with JVs strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead effectively with people from different cultures and engage broad-based teams/networks. Exceptional communication skills (written/oral) in both Chinese and English.
- Strong ethical/safety values and behaviours.
- Travel required Yes - up to 50%
