职位描述
Work with internal related function and oversea customers to review the technical specification for oversea major projects, provide the technical review comments, non-standard design proposal, quotation BOM, layout drawing and technical submission.
Technically support sales segment in IBD for negotiation major projects and contract management segment for contract execution to achieve sales target.
与相关部门和海外客户合作对海外大项目的技术标书进行评审,提供相应的技术评审意见、非标设计方案、询价表格、土建图纸以及技术送审文件。为IBD新梯销售科的新梯询价项目和合同管理科的合同执行项目提供技术支持,以共同实现销售目标的最终达成。
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES主要义务和职责
1. Strictly compliance with OTIS global safety regulations, enforcement of company EH&S policy, to prevent each accident, near miss accident as responsibility.
严格遵守OTIS全球安全规定,执行公司EH&S政策,在个人职责范围内对每项事故、险兆有效防范,以防事故发生。
2. Fully Compliance with OTIS Ethics & Business Practices requirements.
完全符合OTIS道德规范认知要求。

Work together with related departments to review the technical tender specification during the bidding stage of major project, provide the review comments, non-standard design proposal, and technical submission. Organize the meeting with selling company, GMP and factory to clear understand the technical specification, coordinate the related departments to satisfy the customer’s technical requirements. Support the selling company to negotiate with end client to win the project.
与相关部门合作在大项目投标阶段对技术标书进行评审,提供相应的技术评审意见、非标设计方案以及技术送审文件。组织相关会议与当地销售公司,全球大项目团队以及工厂进行讨论以清晰了解标书要求,协调相关部门来满足客户的需求。最终支持当地销售公司与终端客户洽谈以赢取项目。
5. Review with Regional and Global Major Project organization and local selling companies’ management to ensure technical tender compliance, provide competitive technical solution, and conduct value engineering. Coordinate with factory and engineering organization for technical submission.
与全球和地区大项目管理部以及海外销售公司管理层一起确认技术表述符合性,提供有竞争力的技术解决方案,组织通过价值工程来降低产品价格。协调工厂和技术资源来满足项目技术审批要求。
6. Review and confirm the technical items of major project during the contract stage. Provide the feasible value engineering proposal according to the latest technical status and customer’s requirements. Provide the final technical review comments and related documents.
在大项目合同执行阶段,对技术条款进行评审并确认。根据最新的技术状态以及客户需求提供可行的价值工程方案。提供最终的评审意见以及相关的合同阶段所需的技术文件。。
7. Communicate with oversea selling company to provide the suitable layout proposal according to the tender’s requirements, or review customer’s layout drawing during projects bidding stage.
在大项目投标阶段,与海外销售公司进行沟通,并根据标书的要求提供恰当的土建方案,或者审核客户发来的土建布置。
