 Job Responsibilities

1.    Handling Accounts Payable routine tasks include:
a)    Make all accounts payable posting accurately and timely. Included travel reimbursement.
b)    Make sure the E-work flow turnover days match KPI.
c)    Make sure all postings should follow GC booking regulation. Included cash flow code, account code, text description, personal number etc.
d)    Make all Customs Duty & VAT, BAD and debit notes of intercompany booking in time.
e)    Check and clear accrual, vendor and G/L account.

2.  Accounts Payable relevant monitor and reports:
a)    Monthly AP report include age, down payment to monitor AP outstanding properly.
b)    GR/IR review and monthly report to monitor GR/IR open items and follow up for pending items.
c)    Monthly VAT input tax reconciliation report 
d)    Quarterly check vendor down payment and No invoice payments.
e)    Monthly fill in government report correctly.
3.    Other assignment when necessary

 

Qualifications Required

1.    College degree or above, accounting or relevant major preferred;
2.    At least 3 years experiences in accounting/finance;
3.    Knowledge about AP work is preferred;
4.    Good communication ability, smooth English communication ability is preferred;
5.    Knowledge about ERP system; experience in SAP will be a plus
6.    Willing to learn new knowledge/skill and accept new challenge;
