Job Description:
1.Drive to optimize operational performance with CBS method, meanwhile develop people to make sure the sustainability and continue improvement culture.
2.Drive the KPI for measurement of CBS roadmap implementation. Support CBS Head in developing and implementing China CBS Culture through an implementation roadmap for BU management aligned to BU strategies and Objectives.
3.Act as Coach and Mentor to Managers at all sites, CBS coaches & Specialists to support them in executing the routine to deploy our holistic Lean Management System in their areas of responsibility.
4.Insure that Projects, RIE’s and Just Do Its are aligned to Lean principles for each Site, Value Stream or Function based upon targeted future state Value Stream Designs.
5.Develop, Train and Coach future and current site CBS coaches as well as all levels of managers in sites.
6.Oversee and Insure organization utilizes CBS Data Base in support of Yokoten/Sharing of best practices. Report Status of CBS to Top Management and Corporate Functions. Communicate activities and coordinate with ContiTech Central and BU CBS group
7.Lead Projects, Task Forces related to Operational Results
8.Support and promote the Cultural Change by working with leaders to Create and Communicate the Vision, Urgency for change that incorporates a Continuous Improvement Culture and holistic Management system

Job Requirements:
1.University degree in engineering (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent commercial study with technical background
2.Professional experience in lean, 6 sigma, automation (at least 5 years)
3.Expert in lean tools like VSM, TPM, SMED, Standard work, Pull system, layout design, automation
4.Good communication skill. Good training and coaching skill. Get thing done quick with limit resource.
5.Solid project management experience in change and improvement in multi-task and cross function/cross location project. Leading the virtual team to get the result within short time.
6.Experience with multi-task and cross function/cross location project. Experience for global project with international team together.
