Technical Skill Requirements：
1)Good PC skills using Microsoft Office Applications, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
2)Good English in writing and speaking, CET-6 is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Part 1. Support regional and global purchasing control in
?gathering, validating and analyzing Direct Material (DM) cost (both actual and forecasted)
osavings on external DM (AGPS)
ocomparisons with Financial Reports (HFM)
?gathering, validating and analyzing Indirect Material cost
osavings on Indirect Material
ocomparisons with Financial Reports (HFM)
?gathering and analyzing information about raw material price trends and assess the actual and future impact on Autoliv
oraw material value in external DM cost
oraw material price impact reports
oexternal sources like, MEPS, LME, Raw Material Group etc.
?gathering-, validating data and analyzing results of the key performance indicators (KPI)
oSupplier Consolidation
oSupplier Performance
oT&P Savings
oWorking Capital Contribution
?driving continues improvement of reports, procedures and support systems for Purchasing Controlling
oAutoliv Global Purchasing System (AGPS)
oPurchasing Area (OBIEE)
oFinancial Manual
oPurchase Control Manual
?supporting ALV management with related information to press releases and financial reports
?assuring data quality in AGPS
oSupplier Information
oSupport Systems
Part 2. Provide administrative support to Sales GM and ACH PU team
？1.Plan business appointment and schedule/coordinate meetings and take meeting minutes if necessary.
？2.Organize travel for GM-Sales, including travel application preparation, tickets/hotel booking etc.
？3.Documentation management of sales & marketing team
？4.To be the 5s coordinator of sales & marketing team
？5.Other tasks as GM specified from time to time
