Job Description

Job Summary

The objective of the position is to support the business acquisition of Bosch Semiconductors – SiC/IGBT application(Inverter, DC-DC, OBC) in NEV, including system demo design and setup, pre-sales promotion and post-sales support.

Job Responsibilities

- Support design-in and design-win of BOSCH SiC and IGBT application(Inverter, DC-DC, OBC) in NEV.

- Definition and development of application tools: Demo software, Demo boards.

- Develop application documents such as application notes, white papers and other promotion materials.

- Support new product validation.

- Provide technical training to FAE, Distributors and customers.

- Closely working with PRM To provide technical knowhow/input for the next generation designs or roadmap

Authority

- Take the responsibility of deme design(software and hardware) and technical support on Bosch Semiconductors - SiC and IGBT application(Inverter, DC-DC, OBC) in NEV.

Qualifications

- Major in Electronic Engineering, Automation Vehicle Engineering.

- Min. 3+ working experience in NEV Inverter, DC-DC, OBC application.

- Knowledge of discrete/module power device, microcontrollers, communication and sensors used in automotive application.

- Good knowledge about IC demo software GUI programming language (C or C++ or Labiew or others) is required

- Open-minded and flexible to work with customers and meet requirements with innovative design approaches;

- Good presentation & communication skills.

- Fluency in spoken & written English and Chinese.
