职位描述


Responsibilities


  • Writes, edits, translates and reviews the release of internal communication documents.
  • Dispenses internal communications deliverables to target group of employees in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinates weekly pre-work employee communication meetings and notice board administration on a regular basis for respective workplac Collaborates with HR, BD, Public Relations and other internal customers to gather information required for developing internal communications.
  • Assists in the planning and management of company events as required.
  • Works with outside vendors to design and develop internal communications collaterals, e.g. posters, company souvenirs, etc.
  • Archives and keeps track of all internal communication materials.
  • Receive and distribute printed employee newsletters, posters, and other visual communication materials Assists in the initial review of CSR grant applications.
  • Assists in CSR initiatives tracking and reporting where necessary.
  • Takes on other work assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in English or Chinese language, Journalism, Human Resources Management, etc.
  • Excellent English/Chinese writing skills.
  • Over 2 years of experience as a dedicated English or Chinese newsletter editor.
  • Skills in searching, gathering and interpreting complex data and information.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to details and quality, patient, team player, and the ability to follow up.
  • Competent PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


主要职责


  • 编撰、翻译和校阅各种中英文内部沟通文件(如:每周员工通讯、电子季刊等)
  • 定期或不定期向目标员工准时、准确发送内部沟通文件
  • 协调安排与组织所在工作场所的每周“工作前早会”,确保布告栏信息更新与规范使用
  • 与各相关部门合作,采集制作内部沟通文件所需的原始资料
  • 按要求协助于公司宣传活动的计划和组织
  • 与供应商合作,设计、制作内部宣传物,如:海报、奖牌、员工礼品等
  • 定期存档内部沟通文件,并作好记录
  • 接收和派送员工时事通讯、海报和其他内部宣传物,并作好记录
  • 协助于公益捐款项目的文件的准备和校阅
  • 协助于公益活动信息表的更新和公益信息报告
  • 根据上级要求,协助处理其他相关事务;如有必要,为人力资源其它职能部门提供支持


岗位要求


  • 本科毕业,英语、中文、新闻、人力资源管理等专业
  • 优秀的中英文撰写和编辑能力
  • 两年以上专职担任中文或英文公司内刊、报刊编辑的经验
  • 较强的对繁杂文本与数据的收集、处理和分析能力
  • 较好的多任务处理能力,能有条不紊满足各种时限要求
  • 细心、耐心,注重工作质量,较强的团队意识和事务跟进能力
  • 熟练的常用办公软件应用技能,具有图片编辑技能者尤佳
