-根据APQP计划时间表，完成零件进货检验指导书，确保零件符合质量要求。

According to APQP time schedule, release incoming inspection instruction and ensure component match drawing requirements.

-与内部相关部门协助，处理零件质量问题，负责零件质量问题的8D的步骤1-3围堵，并跟踪方案的执行情况。

Cooperate with related department for component quality problem solving, confirm effectiveness of 8D step 1-3 and follow containment at supplier side.

-与SSQ确认零件问题的改善措施落实及关闭。

Work with SSQ to follow and confirm corrective action to be done according to improvement plan.

-根据不合格零件审批流程，批准进货检发现的一类不合格品的超差使用，并跟踪改善方案的执行和关闭。

Condition approve the usage of level 1 nonconforming component detect at incoming inspection. Follow implementation and closure of corrective action.

-根据供应商的退货率，PPM，NCM数，并综合服务情况进行供应商评分。

Supplier quality performance rating by monitoring reject rate, line PPM, NCM.

基本要求：

-熟悉汽车行业质量管理体系要求。

Familiar with AUTO TS16949 quality system  requirement.

-熟悉FMEA、APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA相关知识。

Familiar with FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC and MSA tooling.

-熟练使用Office软件。

Familiar with office software.
