MAIN PURPOSE

    

Product Engineer is a key role in engineering department to manage the product in its whole life cycle. It includes product localization, innovation to valve (i2v), mature product upgrade and maintenance, and quality issue resolution to enhance our company-branding image, bring more value to our customers and drive the business growth

    

    

Main Roles and Responsibilities

1. For i2v (Innovation to value) projects, worked as PMO and Lead Engineer to complete i2v projects according to overall productivity plan
2. For localization projects, worked closed with PMO, PM, Marketing, Ops, Service to achieve the project QDC(Quality,Delivery,Cost)
3. Product design, include layouts, 3D models, sketches and detail drawings according to MRD and project schedule
4. Work with manufacturing plant to make sure on-time-delivery
5. Provide pre-sale and post-sale technical support to commercial team and technical support team

                        

    

Requirements: Education, Knowledge & Skills

    

1.      Bachelor degree or above. The major could be in mechanical, compressor or fluid.

    

2.      Have the produce design experience for rotary compressor preferred

    

3.      Good at theory knowledge and plentiful experience in mechanical design and manufacturing. Include casting, machining, forging, sheet metal, welding, and so on

    

4.      Can well operate Creo/ProE for 3D/2D design

    

5.      Fluent English level in writing, reading

    

6.      Good teamwork and communication skills

    

7.      Knowledge in the use of Windchill and Oracle is a plus
