Job Description

• Definition of IC products in power switch, analog switch and other related applications according to the requirements from key end customers or market trend;
• Create and provide PRS by self and cooperate with Designers to evaluate the design feasibility, ensure the performance of the new products compliant with PRS;
• Coordinate with Marketing/Application/Sales team for new product proposal contribution, working on products portfolio and roadmap;
• Consolidate resources and solutions to ensure customers and sales have a consistent and easy to access experience with Power and Analog Switch BU;
• Cooperate with Marketing to assess market penetration and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenues and market share;
• Join sales team on customer visits at key accounts and/or at key opportunities for new products definition input;
• Provide technical support / application trainings (both COMANY staff and Distribution partners)
• Lead & coordinate efforts to provide technical product collateral materials, evaluation boards, apps notes, technical articles, etc.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor or above of Electronic Engineering;
• 5+ years’ work experience as a system engineer or design engineer for middle-low power platform such as power switch, DC/DC, analog switch for consumer and mobile applications;
• Be familiar with Hardware Platform development including schematic, layout, debug & build;
• Strong problem solving skills from system level;
• Be familiar with Power Switch, DC/DC, Charger structure design, circuit optimization, system design.
• Self-esteem, self-motivated with initiative and ability to work in a global team environment;
• Work independently and strong marketing/business sense, ability to manage and motivate cross functional teams without direct report responsibility;
• Good command of local language and English writing, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
