职位描述
一、职责描述job description:
1. Provide engineering leadership and design oversight functions for product development of high voltage motor drives and power converter products, including: creating and maintaining product development plan and executing the overall plan throughout various phases of product life
领导高压电驱动控制器以及相关电力电子产品的开发，包括制定产品开发计划，以及在产品各周期内按时按计划执行开发。
2. Lead development of product requirements, specifications, design, prototype and test plans
负责制定电驱动控制器产品需求，参数定义，软件功能以及原型开发和最终测试计划制定。
3. Coordinate internal/external design reviews, agency approvals, field testing and commissioning
协同组内外对产品开发定期评审，以及相关机构的审核，主导最终实地测试和应用。
4. Discuss with customer on power electronic design requirements and evaluate the design specifications
对接客户需求，和客户共同制定产品规格和参数。
5. Responsible for successful project execution measured in terms of cost, safety, performance and delivery schedule 负责整个产品的物料价格把控，并对产品的性能和开发节点进行把控。
6. Provide in depth design for manufacture (DFM) feedback to the production team to ensure that the assembly processes are cost efficient, robust and deliver high quality results
和生产团队一起制定并修改研发设计，最终达到高效高质量的设计
7. Monitor and manage department performance to ensure achievement of KPIs. Regularly provide reports covering department performance and KPI achievement status.
管理整个电驱动控制器团队的绩效评估和个人KPI审核 制定。负责周期性的团队汇报总结。
8. Support marketing and sales to provide the technical specifications, cost and lead time estimations for custom products and systems
支持市场和销售团队，提供技术支持，为客户停供价格预估，开发周期以及系统参数等信息。
二、任职要求Job requirements:
1、硕士及以上学历，电力电子，电气自动化，嵌入式系统等背景。
Master Degree or equivalent (e.g.)， majoy in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Control System
2、7年及以上电驱动控制器开发经验。至少1年团队管理经验。
At least 7 years of Power electronics drive system design experience. At least 1 year of team managing experience
3、 PEU system working principle and development process.
电机控制器系统的工作原理和研发流程。
4、PEU software functions requirement.
电机控制器软件功能定义的需求。
5、Basic motor control algorithm
电机控制基本算法。
6、Basic mechanical design and advanced process concept.
基本的机械结构设计以及先进技术工艺的概念。4、英语流利。
Fluent in English.
