Area of responsibilities:

? Extensive experience with Cisco Video conferencing, Poly Video conferencing solution build, setup and configuration

? Participate in business and system requirements sessions.

? Expertise in troubleshooting end-to-end business critical issues which include network services and components, integrated (with other solutions) video and audio conferences etc. 

? Expertise and experience in working on end to end monitoring and reporting tools (like EventZero, SCOM, Solarwinds, Netscout etc) in the Unified communication domain.

? Good knowledge on PSTN/PBAX networks.

? Mange dependencies, risks and issues related to MS Teams telephony

? Excellent communication skills.

?具备思科视频会议，Poly Video会议解决方案构建，设置和配置的丰富经验

?参加业务和系统需求会议。

?擅长解决端到端业务关键问题，包括网络服务和组件，集成（与其他解决方案）视频和音频会议等。

?在统一通信领域中从事端到端监视和报告工具（如EventZero，SCOM，Solarwinds，Netscout等）的专业知识和经验。

?对PSTN / PBAX网络有良好的了解。

?管理与MS Teams电话有关的依赖性，风险和问题

? 高超的交流技巧。
