We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of VP RFN SHH CMB HBCN.

In this role, you will:

·Reporting to Head of Receivable Finance Division, the job-holder(s) are required to drive the growth of RF revenue in the designated Custmer Group, Segment or Regional coverage.

·The job holders are responsible to establish sales plan, build pipelines, win deals & meet financial targets.

·He/She will also assist Head of RF in driving & implementing strategic initatives for designated businesss coverage. His / her decisions on control and procedure are governed by FIM, BIM and other internal guidelines of the Bank, regulatory authorities in China as well as other industry guidelines and rules.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·University or Post Graduate (recognized by the state)
·Minimum 5 years' banking or related experience; sales or product experience preferred
·Sound oral and written Mandarin and English
·Sales driven and creative thinking
