ACCOUNTING OFFICER

For our office in Beijing, we are looking for an Accountant within our Corporate Services department. We offer a young, dynamic, and international corporate atmosphere as well as the benefit of customized training adapted to your needs throughout your career.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Support Managers and Senior Officers in the implementation and administration of holding companies, real estate holding and financing companies;
• Handling the day-to-day operations of companies and responding to clients’ requests;
• Preparing payment instructions, coordinating and reviewing the AP work done by the NJ team
•  Maintaining cashbook /Monitoring cash flow including preparing bank reconciliations;
• Assist in monitoring the issue of formal invoices and “fapiao” and maintain proper control on tax reporting；
• Travelling to banks and government authorities for documentation filing purpose;
• Responsible for all the other ad hoc tasks of finance and accounting, and willing to handle more new deals. due to resource limited at certain period；
• Pro-actively take on additional responsibilities and tasks as required by your Senior Officers, Managers or clients;

YOUR PROFILE:

• You hold a university degree preferably in Accounting & Finance or Economics;
• 1+ years of accounting related experience;
• Knowledge of eFront, YARDI or MRI is desirable;
• You are fluent in English and Mandarin;
• You are mature, and detail-oriented;
• You possess team spirit, the capacity to build strong client relationships, and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate.
