工作内容：

1) Responisble for production managemeng of assembly parts and electronic parts;

2) Lead production group to achieve and report the targets(KPIs) of department;  

3) Responsible for production quality, cost, delivery and so on; 

4) Be capable of communicating with HQ in Germany;

5) Co-operate with other departments, and make sure lines run in good condition;

6) Make sure team members follow the regulations, quality standards, process, company policy and so on;

7) Responisble for product quality improvement, process improvement, wastes improvement;

8) Carry out the activity of lean production;

9) Co-operate with project team for new project preparation;

10) Responsible for staff planning, organizing, training, performance evaluating;

经验要求：

5年以上生产管理经验，2年以上电子件生产车间工作经验；

More than 5years in production management and 2 years in electronics parts production;

熟悉装配线制造工艺者优先

Experience with manufacturing process preferred;

丰富的开展5S工作的经验；

Good experience in 5S;

良好的团队和沟通能力；

Good team work and communication;

具有团队优秀的领导力；

Good leadership preferred;

懂精益生产，生产浪费消除；

Be familiar with lead production, good experience in wastes reduction;

熟悉TPM系统,擅长提高生产线利用率；

Be familar with TPM system and well known on line availability improvement;
