岗位职责：
1.Order processing and on time follow-up with customers;
2.Arrange Delivery orders by coordinating with customers requirement and service provider; 
3.Chase up payment and other necessarily supporting documents before Delivery orders are created;
4、Pick up daily phone call promptly to answer customer’s enquiry and follow up through;
5.Order status tracking for each shipment;
6.Work out Order status report and provide to customers and sales team;
7.Support sales / marketing activities not limited to exhibition, promotion , rebate / FOC fulfillment tracking. etc.
8.Other projects assigned by Line Manager      
任职要求：
1.College and above
2 years above working experience in logistics/supply chain or similar functions in multinational company 3.Logistics/forwarding/international business education background preferred.
4.Initiative and team work
5.Good English in speaking and writing
