Responsibilities:

1. Mass production maintain and Quality continue improvement;

a. Review critical in-line and offline parameters regularly to ensure stable process control to meet MPS quality requirements;

b. Constantly monitor the process and capacity situation at bumping houses.

c. Support on volume product ramp up, qualification, yield follow up etc.

d. Monitor the products yield trend and Coordinate with internal teams and sub-cons to fix low yield issues .

e. Defect reduction & yield enhancement.

f. Regularly monitor the CT/OTD of mass production lots and continue to do improvement.

2. Responsibilities for new product and engineering lots:

a. new product tape-out supporting.

b. Ensure the correct process setting of engineering lots and the on-time delivery of engineering lots.

c. New product release and ramping up at bump house.

d. Review the inline data and all record on all prototype and engineering lots.

3. New projects development

a. Work with TD or packaging team to develop new technologies at bumping houses.

b. Coordinate with bumping house to set up process correctly and Closely monitor the progress of the key process modules setting.

c. Project milestones review with both internal team and sub-con team. Push sub-con to achieve the goals of projects.

4. Coordinate on process qual, fixing and process release.

5. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

1. Good command of fab or bump house quality system knowledge

2. Good interpersonal skills，team work spirit，aggressive when necessary，self-motivated, goal-orientated;

3. Good at English writing，speaking and reading

4. 5+ years fab or bump house’s experience is preferable;
