The success of our road logistics division is dependent on the professional support provided by its systems and process team . Our Overland division has the right ingredients that will enable you to perform, and provide a collaborative and culturally diverse environment where you shall gain international exposure.

In this role, you will manage information system team in Greater China and ensure smooth roll-out of our transportation management system (TMS), eTrucknow, to meet timely project objectives and deliverables set by top management.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage road logistics application and systems to assist in the modification of company products and/or customer/internal systems to meet the needs of the client and/or end-user.
• Improve existing programs and develop reports pattern gather information from the system, analyses program, time requirements, and prepare documentation to change
• Take charge of eTrucknow's implementation, integration, team training, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and 24/7 help desk in Greater China.
• Act as the finance lead for Freight Sub Ledger (FSL) on monthly closing, reporting, statistics, accruals, deferrals, audits and driving continuous improvements projects for process efficiencie.
• Support business development process in the areas of tender analysis, solution design, costing, pricing and service offering.
• Ensure efficient road logistics operations and continuous operations optimization by implementing standard processes in line with corporate guidelines and targets.
  
  

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

Ideally, you should have minimum 2 years of TMS experience in China. You need to be open minded and a good listener. You are solution oriented and display a can-do attitude along with a continuous improvement mindset. You are strong team players with strong communication skills and interpersonal skill to interact with team members.
